How long does it take to develop a Webpage?

How long would it take you to todevelop a Personal Webpage? The Webpage will contain
200 words, and 10 color photos?

The time?
1 minute for a website that just says "Hello World"

to forever …

Yahoo is still developing their web page.

Simple page you describe 20 minutes.

Depends … do i have the 200 words already written?

Do the photographs need to be compressed / cropped / retouched?

Does the layout have to be fancy or just plain?

    15 minutes to half an hour, depending on how many people interrupted me while I was doing it. (And assuming that I had all the words, an idea of the layout and all the picture files.)
