The PC doesnt get pop-ups and because you can download Firefox FOR FREE.
Also my ty Dell Laptop that was made in 2004 can run Sony Vegas flawlessly.
Ill admit that Photoshop runs better on mac and that surfing the web is less risky on the mac but not by much considering Linux is also great at defending against viruses.

It is impossible …
It is impossible for Macs to get Malware, Trojans, and shared viruses (viruses sent from one computer to another).
HOWEVER, this does not mean that people won’t develop them in the future.
Unfortunately, it is just a matter of time before someone designs a virus for Macs.

I hate the …
I hate the umption that macs either A) don’t have viruses or B) can’t get viruses. They can, and do have viruses specifically made to target them, and their security isn’t the greatest of all systems. One of the main reasons they seem so much more secure is because they aren’t the target audience of most (most users online are windows, so they are the largest target). Anyway, guess you could say thats my opinion, but no system is truly free from maleware.
