How do you design a web page using Webplus x2 where visiters can submit their pictures to the web site?

I need to set up a page where anyone who visits can somehow submit pictures to the web site. I can’t figure it out…. Please Help

1.) You are going to need web hosting - this site offers free web hosting and is pretty cheap.

2.) You are going to need something more than Webplus 2x you are going to need some type of PHP software. I’m sure if you type in ( Free File sharing script ) you can find a bunch on the internet.
