What site do I go to to check my disability claim status?

I live in Texas, and would prefer a site that has listings or sites for this State.

Use Google or some other such site and type in "disability claims in Texas" or the Social Security site. Depending on what your disability is you may be eligible for SSDI (Social Security Disability Income).
If it is a Workers Compensation claim then contact the company you worked for and ask them for the name a phone number of the insurance company they use.
