What are the requirements to be a offical resident of new york?

we have voting registration, driver’s license, bank account, and have a summer home that we started living in permanantly. plan on selling some new york property and don’t want to pay out of state taxes.

that should be enough, just make sure everybody your getting papers from has your address…….so you get them on time….taxes etc……
