It was a male artist, maybe Keith something? I want to buy the painting for my husband for Christmas.

I think the artist you are looking for is Keith Jacobshagen. There is a good selection of his watercolors at the Kiechel art Gallery http://www.kiechelart.com/searchresults.php?artistId=2142&start=13 but only one called NW of Waverley with a tree.
