What web developing language to learn first for web applications?

I know HTML and CSS but would like to get into the web developer side of things, specifically web applications. I would like your advice as to which language to concentrate on first and which would be most useful - ie PHP, Javascript, XML or others and why?
I think the 2 most popular development languages are PHP and ASP.Net, PHP if you’re using Unix and ASP.Net if your using Windows Servers.
Javascript is used in almost all web development so is good to know.
What is the site where you send a specific text to a friend and then post their reply?

I cannot remember the name of the site. You’re supposed to text a specific message to a friend and then see how they reply to it. Then you post their reply on the website. I think the message is meant to be taken sexually. Some of the replies are really funny! Any help?

How can I find a music artist whose song is played during the movie,but isnt mentioned in the movie credits ?

There’s this old, underground movie from the early eighties with a song playing during a particular scene (the song is playing on the car radio). The movie makes no mention of the artist or song.I would like to know the name of the artist and a way I can get a copy of the song ? I’m interested in sampling it.
occasionally, if a song is part of the score, it’s not listed in the end credits. this is especially true if it’s background in a scene. (case in point, there’s a really great song in the gas station scene of "reality bites" that’s not in the credits.)
i would look in the credits for who scored the film and see if you can figure it out that way.
or maybe if you tell us the name of the film or some of the lyrics we can help you.
What bands are known for playing lousy music but are very giving and courteous to their fans?

Bon-Jovi fits that description, in my opinion.
The dumbest songs I have ever heard are by Bon-Jovi, but they are known for being very kind and giving to their fans. Even though I think they play the stupidest music on earth, I still have respect for them for the way they treat their fans.
What other bands fit that description?

The web page is twice te normal size it should be. I have to use the scroll bar up and down and sideways to see the whole page. Some f the web page doesnt even show its so big.
The Screen Size should not be a pixel value but instead be "100%".

I want to touch them in some sort of good way. It’s awful that people are living lies. They don’t realize who all they are or will be hurting. Is there a inspirational web site I can send to them?
