When I browse with my Internet Explorer, this message appeares to me:

"The current webpage is trying to open a site in your Trusted sites list. Do you want to allow this

Warning: allowing this can expose your computer to security risks. If you don’t trust the current webpage, choose No."

It keeps appear to me and I keep clicking on Yes dozens of times, how can I stop this?

Did you place any site into the trusted sites list? Tools>Internet Options>Security
Try to delete the sites there if you don’t mind,

Folica and other sites that sell GHDS sell them for nearly $300.
The offical ghd site sells them for like, $155. Why?

Are you sure ? I see similar prices on folica and the official ghd website (ghdhair.com), $200-$255. I found that Amazon is generally selling these at cheaper prices. Just one advice, you’re safe with a ghd shipped by Amazon, but if you choose a seller from their marketplace, check their reputation first (ratings, feedback…)

The ghd IV Styler is currently $135 from Amazo, the mini styler is at $160, and the ghd Salon styler is $164. Only the mini styler is below $200 at folica.

I work at a college newspaper and we are looking at integrating video news items into our pages for some articles. This video would be integrated on the actual article page. What we are looking for is a good trade off between video quality, good looking video player and easily embeddable. I am wondering what the best video sharing site would be to do this on, taking into consideration the extra audience we could pull to our site from the community that is already on the platform.

Please give me your opinion!

Any creative job is artistic. So by becoming a director you become an artist. If you want to be a director (film or video) the best path is a degree. Most film directors earn a degree (four years), but it can also be done without a degree. Some of us start off in local television. Local TV stations hire people with or without degrees. Keep in mind that most of what you see on television is filmed.

There are many different ways to start a career in the entertainment industry. Just remember that you should learn many different skills to survive in this fast-paced and highly competitive field. I need to know some good bands who have an electronic or techno kind of sound to them. It’s important that they have a singer that sings in all their songs. I don’t want to listen to a band that’s just all sound and no vocals. I would prefer new bands or bands that are still active today, but any good sounding bands are fine. Oh and I don’t want any bands like basshunter who just sing about stupid crap like love.

Well. Deadmau5 has some lyrics. And Justice has some lyrics. Hmmm. Try Simian Mobile Disco or Nitzer Ebb. Simian Mobile Disco has good lyrics on the Attack Decay Sustain Release album. Yes, they are still an active band, and so is Nitzer Ebb.

I loaded a pre-built site into dreamweaver. Half of the pages were built in php format. I built a new page to add to the site with new links and pictures. But when I uploaded the site to the web, neither the pictures nor the links worked. Any ideas what might have caused this? Or something I missed that would prevent a newly added page from working? Settings etc? I’m using Dreamweaver CS4. Thanks in advance.

Try using the FTP protocol to upload the files manually. Your host most probably supports FTP so all you need to do is download a client like FileZilla and then you can upload the files directly to your website.

I have a personal page and an artist page. Is it possible to link the artist page to the "music" tab on my personal page? Right now when I click that tab it leads to my artist profile on ilike rather than on facebook. Maybe they’re the same thing?

I think yes you can do this but you have to install some fan page application and that application is paid i think.

I haven’t dabbled much in electronic music, and really want to learn more on how to make it. Does anyone know what equipment / software bands like owl city and the postal service use for their drum beats?

This is a video of Jimmy Tamborello from the Postal Service giving a tour of his studio. I watched it a few months ago because I was curious about the same thing and it explains a lot. Basically you have to have thousands of dollars worth of equipment and a LOT of spare time. Still sounds awesome though.

I use Windows Vista and the Google Chrome web browser. When I click an email link in a web page, it opens a new email in Outlook Express, which I don’t use. I want it to open a new email in the GMail account. Any ideas? Many thanks in advance!
